On 31 January 2022, I requested the DG Budget Access to Documents team 'All data on the total amount of fines paid per member state per infringement, for the period from 1 January 2012 until 1 January 2022.'

The BUDG Fines Team kindly compiled this information (see Ares(2022)716399 and Ares(2022)1135821 and Ares(2022)1362925) and provided them in Excel format.

On 28 October 2022, I requested an updated version of this .xlsx document. This request was registered under the case number 2022/6197.

To my knowledge, I have never received a reply to that last request.

I would therefore like to withdraw that request, and submit a new one, asking for all data on the total amount of fines paid per member state per infringement, for the period from 1 January 2012 until the most recently available date.

Indeed, rather than a misunderstanding I am afraid that there has been a technical problem. I have never received that reply from 17 November 2022.
