CRMA Strategic Projects - mining projects in Brasil or Argentina
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Completeness check and/or Technical Assessment of mining project(s) in Argentina or Brasil, that have applied for strategic project status under the Critical Raw Materials Act.
In case such documents do not exist, you can simply reply "not available" (specified per country). In case of confidential information, you may indicate only the mining location or reply "cannot be disclosed" (specifying the number of candidate projects per country that have passed the completeness check).
