Data from Operational Activities in Greece since 2020
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) Operational reports (either by staff deployed in returns from Greece or by independent monitors)
2) Complaints filed against staff deployed by Greek authorities
3) Serious incident reports
4) Copies of communication of any other type to the Agency on alleged violations of fundamental rights.
5) Reports on NGOs working with migrants in Greece
The timeline for this data should cover the period from January 1st 2020 until today.
