Dataset of MSCA-PF 2025 applications
Dear Research Executive Agency,
BACKGROUND: A PDF document with the title "HORIZON-MSCA-2025-PF-01 - List of applications proposed for funding (as of 9 February 2026)" was made public on CIRCABC at the following link:
https://circabc.europa.eu/ui/group/9a423...
The document lists all MSCA-PF applications that were proposed for funding. However, it does not contain data about the applications that were *not* proposed for funding.
REQUEST: Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
A dataset of all 16,836 applications for 2025 MSCA-PF funding that were eligible and were evaluated (reference for this number here: https://marie-sklodowska-curie-actions.e... ), broadly mirroring the structure of the already published PDF.
You may exclude withdrawn proposals and/or inadmissible proposals and/or ineligible applications from the dataset.
The dataset should contain line-by-line data on each application, structured into the following columns:
1 - Type of Action (e.g. HORIZON-TMA-MSCA-PF-EF)
2 - Proposal Number*
3 - Coordinating organisation (e.g. KOBENHAVNS UNIVERSITET)
4 - Country coordinator (e.g. DK or Denmark)
5 - Scientific area (CHE/ECO/ENG/ENV/LIF/MAT/PHY/SOC)
6 - Funding proposed (YES/NO)
7 - Score awarded by reviewers (e.g. 92.1%)
*If there are confidentiality concerns about disclosing individual Proposal Numbers, these may be replaced with placeholders such as e.g. 00001, 00002, etc.
Please provide your response electronically via the AskTheEU platform, with the dataset attached as a single CSV or Excel file.
Yours faithfully,
Till Bruckner
