Access Info Europe acknowledges that the European Commission has entirely denied access to the three requested documents: (1) Ares (2022) 6756021 RSB Opinion, (2) Ares (2022) 6095823 Impact Assessment, and (3) Ares (2024) 1149077 Minutes of the upstream meeting RSB – SANTE Revision of the Regulation on Food Information to Consumers.
The European Commission has justified this refusal on grounds of an on-going decision-making process under Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
Access Info Europe hereby submits a confirmatory application pursuant to Art 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and kindly asks the European Commission to reconsider its position and grant full access to the requested documents.

Commission documents for case EASE 2025/1345, registered on 10 April 2025.
We are currently working on your confirmatory request. However, we have
not yet been able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full
analysis of your request, as the application concerns different Commission
Services which must be consulted. In consequence, we will not be able to
send you the reply within the prescribed time limit expiring on 7 May
