Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology,
We asked that the document be provided by you once it was legally possible to do so. Could the Commission indicate whether the decision not to publish the document at this time is grounded in an assessment that the its publication by a third party was not lawful, or whether it relies on a different justification for not publishing it?
Yours faithfully,
Joseph McNamee

Your application is currently being handled.
However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your
