Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Can you please let me have information that proves or shows that I can clear my debts from European countries legally and officially by declaring bankruptcy in the UK where I live and have lived for some 30 years. What legislation covers that. Can the French or other European countries refuse to accept the UK bankruptcy?
