Detail of those judged for committing hate crimes registered in the European Union
Dear Justice and Consumers,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Detail of those judged for committing hate crimes, according with the definition of the concept by the Spanish Ministry of Interior in the 'Report on hate crimes in Spain during the year 2013'- registered in the European Union from the first year of record available to 2015, country by country as:
- Type of crime committed, both criminal and administrative (sexual abuse, injuries, threats, sexual assault, racist acts; xenophobic intolerant in sport, theft, sexual assault with penetration; mild vexation; exhibitionism, rest);
- Detail of people without judgment;
- Details of persons judged without subsequent conviction;
- Details of persons judged with subsequent criminal conviction;
- Details of persons judged to subsequent administrative conviction.
All categories listed here are used in the report previously cited.
In no case I request information or documentation that could damage the fundamental rights of individuals nor to harm any official secrets legislation.
The purpose of this inquiry is to start a newspaper report based on the data provided by the Spanish Interior Ministry documents and the Directorate General for Justice and Consumers.

This request should have been answered by 9th june 2016 after you asked me for my postal address on the 18th may 2016.
