Slovakia and Spain issued on the “Notification of Draft Regulations Under Section 12 of 
the  Public  Health  (Alcohol)  Act  2018”  notified  by  Ireland  under  notification 
2022/441/IRL in the framework of Directive (EU) 2015/1535.1  
 
With respect to your request, the following documents have been identified:
