Dear European Parliament,
My bad, i did write "any information related to the MEP part of the EP website" i do of course mean all and any documents capturing that information. I believe that the list I provided as follows
- all specifications,
- all requirements,
- all bug/issue tracker items
- all budgetary decisions and their justification
- all contracts if this work is outsourced
Is indeed in accordance with the definition of "document" as per Article 3(a) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001
The EP website is a product that is hopefully built by adhering to best practices in this space, and as such should be developed and maintained using (at least) the above specified documents, i would suppose this to be shepherded either by DG ITEC or DG COMM. I can only guess at the names of these documents, they would be something along the lines of
- "Technical Specification of the EP web-frontend for the MEP database"
- "Requirement Specification of the EP web-frontend for the MEP database"
- Export of all JIRA/GITLAB/etc tickets related to the EP MEP db web-frontend
- Budget Proposal for 2023, 2024, 2025 for the development and maintenance of the EP website MEP frontend
- Contracts with 3rd parties maintaining or developing the EP website MEP db frontend.
Yours faithfully,
Stefan Marsiske
