DG Energy, US LNG and EUMR

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:
All correspondence, including meeting notes, preparatory briefings, emails and any sort of communication, including attachments, of the following meetings:
- Meeting between Ditte Juul Jorgensen and the Center for LNG on 30 January 2025.
- Meeting between Venture Capital and Joergensen in Milan in September 2025
- Meeting between Venture Capital and Tomas Anker Christensen in March. 2025
- All meetings between DG Energy and Excelerate Energy in 2025.
Additionally, all information as described above referring to meetings between DG Energy and: Akin, the American Petroleum Institute (API), the Center for LNG, CHK, ConocoPhillips, Delfin LNG, DVN, EQT, Excelerate energy, ExxonMobil, Freeport LNG, LNG Allies, Next-Decade LNG, Second Curve Strategies, Team CPL, Total Energies, the US Chamber of Commerce, and Venture Global, in 2025.
I am specifically looking for anything discussing US LNG exports, energy security, and the EU methane regulation.

Dear Ms Rinaldi,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 11/11/2025 under case number EASE 2025/5868.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 02/12/2025.
The application concerns documents held by different Services, which must
be consulted.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, we
