Dear Madam,
We refer to your request for access to documents registered on 13/05/2025
under the above mentioned reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we were not in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired on 04/06/2025.
An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns different

If not, could you please provide a list of meetings between Commissionner Elzbieta Bienkowska or Cabinet of Commissionner Elzbieta Bienkowska and Cosmetics Europe or a delegation of Cosmetics Europe that took place during the year 2017.
If not, could you similarly provide a list of the meetings between Commissioner Michel Barnier and (…)

Regarding your additional request for information, this is to let you know that we did not identify in our registries any meetings that took place between Cabinet Bienkowska and Cosmetics Europe in 2017.
Concerning the meeting in Paris between Commissioner Michel Barnier and L'Oréal on 28th of 2011, we regret to confirm, after a second check, that we do not hold any documents in our registries related to this meeting.
