Dear Mr Sanchez,
Thank you for your e-mail dated 02 May 2013. We hereby acknowledge
receipt of your application for access to documents, which will be handled
by DG RTD in respect of its documents concerned under reference number
GestDem 2013/2707.
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
will be handled within 15 working days. The time limit will expire on

that we extend the deadline for handling your application until 30 June
2013. Needless to say, we will try to finalise the handling of your
application for access to documents as fast as possible.
If you have any questions concerning this proposal, you can contact us by

Dear Research and Innovation (RTD),
Thanks for your email dated 21 May. I have to admit that I am surprised that my request involve such a large number of documents. Is it possible to know a rough estimation of how many documents we are talking about?
My proposal would be to receive, if possible, the information for the first and second bullet points under the current deadline. And extend the deadline for the rest of the information requested, that might involve a higher number of documents, as you suggest.
Yours faithfully,
David Sánchez

To understand this request, note there are two DGs dealing with it. DG RTD (registered under 2013/2352 and duplicated with 2013/2707) and DG ENTR (2013/2360). The request with DG RTD is now being dealt by DG SANCO here http://www.asktheeu.org/en/annotate/requ... . DG ENTR will reply on the 19/06/2013.
Dear Mr Sanchez,
Following your request for access to documents 2013/2360 we have
identified some documents originating from the third party that we had to
consult regarding disclosure of these documents.
In reply to our consultation, the third party asked us the name of the
requestor and to have a copy of the request.
We are therefore writing to you to ask your authorization to disclose your
name and request to the third party in question.
Thanks in advance for your reply and kind regards
