Dear Madam, Sir,
I have a complaint regarding the handling of my access to documents request, case number 2023/6754.
I was informed on 3 January 2024 that the reply was "prepared and awaiting for the approval of our hierarchy. Due to the holidays break, this took longer than the time that was initially planned."
It is now 26 January 2024. The holiday period is long over. I fail to understand why it should take more than 15 working days to have a reply approved by the hierarchy.
Sincerely
Peter Teffer
