JUST-ACCES-DOCUMENTS@ec.europa.eu,

Dear Mr Hoedeman,

We are reaching out to keep you informed about the status of your access
to documents request (EASE 2025/5182).

Regrettably, we will not be able to provide our response by the extended
deadline.

We are currently engaged in identifying and assessing the necessary
documents.

Rest assured, we are actively working on your request and are dedicated to
fulfilling it as soon as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Kind regards,

JUST ATD team

Dear DG Justice and Consumers,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Digital Fairness Act - lobby meetings since end of May 2025' (2025/5182).

I have received several messages about the handling of my request; while the first responses mentioned a deadline for when I could expect a response, the last one did not. As it has been almost two months since I received the last message (20/11 2025), I would appreciate clarity about when I can expect a proper response to my access to documents request.

If I have not received a response by January 21st, I will interpret this as a de facto rejection of my access to documents request and submit a complaint to the European Ombudsman.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/request/digital...

Yours faithfully,

Olivier Hoedeman
