Dear DG Justice and Consumers,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Digital Fairness Act - lobby meetings since end of May 2025' (2025/5182).
I have received several messages about the handling of my request; while the first responses mentioned a deadline for when I could expect a response, the last one did not. As it has been almost two months since I received the last message (20/11 2025), I would appreciate clarity about when I can expect a proper response to my access to documents request.
If I have not received a response by January 21st, I will interpret this as a de facto rejection of my access to documents request and submit a complaint to the European Ombudsman.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/request/digital...
