Could you please be more specific with regards to your request. Where
exactly you are referring to and what kind information you require that
falls under the European Union’s Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) mandate.

According to Art. 21 para 5 DIRECTIVE (EU) 2022/2555, the Commission shall exchange advice and cooperate with NIS CG and ENISA on the draft implementing acts in accordance with Article 14(4), point (e).

- According to Art. 21 paragraph 5, the preparation of the implementing
act you are referring to falls under the remit of the European Commission.

 

- The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity is not the competent
authority for the preparation of the implementing act.

 

- The Commission, according to NIS 2 Directive, is the task owner and will
kick off the process soon.

You are therefore kindly advised to place your request to the relevant
Commission services.
