Directors' meeting minutes of March 24th 2025
Dear DG Translation,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. The minutes of the Directors' meeting that took place on (or around) the 24th of March 2025.
2. Any other internal document that mentions issues with competitions EPSO/AD/414/24, EPSO/AD/415/24, EPSO/AD/416/24, EPSO/AD/417/24, EPSO/AD/418/24, EPSO/AD/419/24, EPSO/AD/420/24, EPSO/AD/421/24, including but not limited to a possible misconfiguration / flaw of the TestWe software functions, and/or mistakes in the instructions to the participants to the Multiple Choice Questions part of the competitions.
3. Any correspondence between DGT and EPSO on the subject matters above, including but not limited to the possible cancellation of the competitions or the need for re-testing all or part of the participants.

The 15 working days to reply to your request will start running only when
you reply to this message. If you do not reply within 7 working days, we
will close this case in line with our detailed rules for the application
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
