Estimado Servicio europeo de acción exterior,
Al amparo del derecho de acceso a documentos contemplado en los tratados de la UE, y desarrollado en el Reglamento 1049/2001, solicito los documentos que contienen la siguiente información:
Solicito acceso a la documentación relativa a reuniones, visitas, sesiones informativas y comunicaciones internas relacionadas con el sector del litio en Bolivia y la cooperación con la Unión Europea desde el 1 de enero de 2023 hasta la fecha.
Solicito específicamente acceso a:
Actas de reuniones, agendas, listas de asistentes y notas informativas relativas a reuniones entre funcionarios de la UE y autoridades bolivianas sobre litio, materias primas críticas o transición energética; informes, resúmenes internos o documentos informativos relativos a las visitas de representantes de la UE a Uyuni, las instalaciones de YLB o proyectos industriales relacionados con el litio en Bolivia; correspondencia entre las instituciones de la UE y la Delegación de la UE en Bolivia relativa a las reservas de litio de Bolivia, su estrategia de industrialización o su importancia estratégica para Europa; evaluaciones internas, análisis estratégicos o informes de situación sobre Bolivia en el marco de la estrategia de la UE sobre materias primas críticas o la iniciativa Global Gateway.
Incluyan, por favor, los documentos en poder de la Comisión Europea, el SEAE y la Delegación de la UE en Bolivia.
