Dear [email address],
You keep buying time and delaying a reply to my legitimate request to access documents. You keep using bureaucratic reasons to delay your assessment of this file. Please provide an answer right now (which is already beyond the term you set by yourself after postponing it several times for no obvious reasons). Your commitment to transparency seems to be just on paper. This case will be brought in any case to the ombudsman. But please meanwhile reply to my questions and let me know if I can access these documents.
Yours sincerely,
francesco guarascio
Dear [email address],
The response to my request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, the authority should have responded by now.
Can you please reply as soon as possible? Can you also launch an internal review to find out why response to the request has been so slow?
Yours sincerely,
francesco guarascio
Dear Mr Guarascio,
Aware of the considerable delay in handling your request, we would like to
offer you our apologies.
The sensitivity of the documents you are seeking access to requires a
thorough assessment, as their disclosure could potentially weaken the
Commission position in ongoing negotiations, nullifying the beneficial
effects of fair competition and could have an impact on the pending Court
proceeding.
In spite of the above and in the interest of providing as much
transparency as we can within the constraints set by the ongoing
challenges, we are doing our outmost to provide you with a reply to your
access to documents request as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and for any inconvenience this may
cause.
Kind regards,
SANTE ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS
