Dear European Chemicals Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting any document regarding compliance by textiles retailer Shein with European regulation, such as the REACH and POP Regulations. My request is meant to cover any internal document in possession of European Chemicals Agency that refers to Shein, such as meetings minutes, e-mails, letters, whitepapers exchanged within the Enforcement Forum, or reports drawn up by experts. I also would like to request any exchanges between the Agency and Shein or its representatives.
