Dear European Personnel Selection Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. internal EPSO documents, including but not limited to EPSO management board meeting minutes, and
2. all correspondence between EPSO and the Court of Justice of the EU (acting in its non-judicial capacity),
created as of the 14th of September 2023 and to date, explaining why competitions
- EPSO/AD/404/23,
- EPSO/AD/405/23,
- EPSO/AD/406/23,
- EPSO/AD/407/23,
- EPSO/AD/408/23
and
- EPSO/AD/409/23
have not been finalized within the six-month time frame (from publication of the Notice of competition to signature of the reserve list),
as set out in the EPSO plans for a "faster, leaner and more accessible competition model" (https://eu-careers.europa.eu/en/introduc...).
Yours faithfully,
Anna Károlyi
