Objectives, work plans, budgets, guidelines and evaluations of the financial support from the European Commission to the European Consumer Organisations (BEUC). In particular:

European Consumer Organisations Operating Grant Agreement and amendments
(inc. work programme, operating budget and activity reports) from 2007 to 2011;
The Consumer Policy Strategy (2007-2013);
Final reports of the European Consumer Organisations (BEUC) 2007 - 2011;
The relevant programme guides under which the financial contributions where granted 2007-2011;
Evaluation of the European Commission financial contributions to the European Consumer Organisations (BEUC) 2007-2011 Final report and Annexes to the final report.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

Thank you for our telephone discussion earlier today concerning my information request. I appreciate all the time and effort you have invested in it.

As I mentioned to you, my request is motivated by an academic research within the context of my thesis in Political Science at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. The research focuses on civil society organisations funded by the European Commission.

In this context, I would like to narrow down my request in the following way:

(a) Regarding the European Consumer Organisations Operating Grant Agreement from 2007 to 2011, I request only the annexes related to the work programme and operating budget. Other annexes are not needed.

(b) Regarding the Final Reports of the European Consumer Organisations from 2007 to 2011, I request the narrative report and only annexes related to the final budget execution and funding of their budget. Other annexes are not needed.

In addition, I would like to share with you that I'm mainly interested in the following documents:

1) Relevant programme guides under which the financial contributions where granted during the years 2007-2011;

2) Grants agreements;

3) Final reports;

4) Evaluation.

Finally, I would like to express to you that my desire to access these documents goes beyond the compliance of any legal deadline.

I wish this clarification will contribute to the completion of my request within the shortest delay.
