Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the European Union treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am kindly requesting the following documents referenced in and relating to the Frontex Operations in the Aegean Sea as part of (but not limited to) the Joint Operation Poseidon. In particular, I request the following documents or respective files:

1) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s) providing the names, types, countries of origin, dates and areas of deployment of all FRONTEX sea vessels deployed in the Aegean sea between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.

2) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s) providing the names, types, countries of origin, dates and areas of deployment of the FRONTEX sea vessels deployed specifically in Lesvos island between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.

3) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s) providing the names, types, countries of origin, dates and places of deployment of all other assets and equipment (e.g. helicopters, drones, planes, aerostats, vans, patrol cars, etc.) deployed (owned or leased by FRONTEX) in the Aegean Sea between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.

4) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s) providing the names, types, countries of origin, dates and places of deployment of all other assets and equipment (e.g. helicopters, drones, planes, zeppelin, vans, patrol cars, etc.) deployed (owned or leased by FRONTEX) specifically in Lesvos island between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.

5) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s) related to the EU or other Funding Programmes used for the acquisition of each of the vessels, equipment and assets, referred to at the points 1. 2. 3. 4. above, including their cost, and the proportion of EU funds used to finance them.

6) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s) providing the professional ranks or positions, as well as the number of FRONTEX staff and personnel, deployed and working in the Aegean Sea as part of the Joint Operation Poseidon between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.

7) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s)providing the professional ranks or positions and number of FRONTEX staff and personnel deployed to Lesvos island between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.

8) Details of (i) the existence, (ii) the nature of any document(s) received, drawn up, or
otherwise held by Frontex, (iii) and copies of any such document(s) relating to the contracts and/or agreements between FRONTEX and non-state actors, to design and carry out the monitoring and surveillance activities as part of the Joint Operations Poseidon in the Aegean Sea, between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.
