Dear DG Justice and Consumers,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request registered on 09/10/2025 under the case number 2025/5184 ('Documents related to lobby meetings').
I have received three messages about the handling of my request; while the first two mentioned a deadline for when I could expect a response, the last one did not. As it has been more than three weeks since I received the last message, I would appreciate clarity about when I can expect a proper response to my access to documents request. If I have not received a response by January 7th, I will interpret this as a de facto rejection of my access to documents request and submit a complaint to the European Ombudsman.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/request/documen...
