Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Thank you for your response.

I fully understand your feedback.

Below, I have selected priority meetings for which I would like to receive documents initially. I suggest that you provide these documents, after which I can assess whether there is a need for more.

I am aware that this includes more than 10 meetings, however it´s not possible to decrease the number of meetings in with one cabinet without randomizing the outcome of information in the request. I hope for your understanding.

I am open to the possibility that the following may take longer than I am entitled to. Please inform me of the expected delivery time.

1: Meetings with Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič and/or members of his Cabinet: 13 meetings

2: Meetings with Commissioner Kadri Simson and/or members of her Cabinet: 12 meetings

3: Meetings with former Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans and/or members of his Cabinet: 6 meetings

4: Meetings with former Commissioner Virginijus Sinkevičius and/or members of his Cabinet: 6 meetings

5: Meetings with former Commissioner Adina-Ioana Vălean and/or members of her Cabinet: 2 meetings
