Dear Mr Fontenil-Richon,
Further to your application seeking public access to the minutes and
4-column tables related to the trilogue meetings with the ECON Committee
on the credit servicers, credit purchasers and recovery of collateral,
Parliament informs you that no trilogues have taken place on the Directive
on credit servicers, credit purchasers and recovery of collateral –
legislative procedure 2018/0063A(COD). The ECON committee has actually not
even voted on it yet. Parliament is thus not able to provide any minutes
and 4-column tables related to this legislative procedure.
However, Parliament informs you that another legislative procedure
referring to the Regulation on minimum loss coverage for non performing
exposures - 2018/0060(COD) was part of the same package than the
above-mentioned directive. For more information on this procedure, which
has already been completed, you can visit its procedure file on the
European Parliament's Legislative Observatory website:

In case this is the legislative procedure you were interested in the first
place, you are welcome to submit a new application for public access to
documents.
Therefore, on this basis, Parliament considers your application as handled
and the file closed. Should you have any new requests for specific
Parliament documents, please do not hesitate to come back to us.
Kind regards,
