Dear Mr Lee,

Regarding your request, we inform you that the European Parliament does
not have documents related to the Notice 2023-11, published by the United
States Treasury / Internal Revenue Service, that you refer to.

The FISC Subcommittee was on a mission to Washington in October-November
2023 but the issue of the relief procedures for certain non US financial
institutions required to report U.S. taxpayer identification numbers (TIN)
was not discussed.

You will find the report of this mission following this link:

As the FATCA agreements and understandings are of a bilateral nature, you
may find useful to request the information at the relevant national
jurisdiction level.

With this answer, we conclude the analysis of your request. Do not
hesitate to contact us again if you wish to access any other specific
documents in relation to it.

Best regards,
