Documents related with First Reading Agreements in co-decision procedures
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. The letter and annexes I and II dated on 2019 from Ms WIKSTRÖM, Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs, submitting recent decisions adopted by committees in view of first, early second and second reading currently under negotiation (e.g. PE 636.571/CPG and annexes I and II).
2. The following documents related to the interinstitutional legislative file “Proposal for a DIRECTIVE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of persons reporting on breaches of Union law” (COM/2018/218 final - 2018/0106 (COD):
a) Any document that lists quantifiable indicators on the number of political and technical trilogue meetings taken during the 8th parliamentary term on the whistleblowing negotiations.
b) Documents detailing the process of trilogue negotiations: calendar, agendas, list of participants, minutes, and specially, the four-column document containing the Commission proposal, the Parliament negotiating mandate, the Council negotiating mandate and the compromise and/or joint agreement reached on trilogues.
3. The following documents related to the interinstitutional legislative file “Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the Rights and Values programme” (2018/0207/COD; COM (2018)383):
a) Any document that lists quantifiable indicators on the number of political and technical trilogue meetings taken during the 8th parliamentary term on the Rights and Values Programme negotiations.
b) Documents detailing the process of trilogue negotiations: calendar, agendas, list of participants, minutes, and specially, the four-column document containing the Commission proposal, the Parliament negotiating mandate, the Council negotiating mandate and the proposed compromise in trilogues.

Dear Ms Gimenez Bofarull,
The deadline for replying to your application concerning public access to
documents registered on 24/05/2019 expires today, on 19/06/2019.
However, due to the fact that the internal consultation process for the
relevant documents and the fact that the detailed analysis of all legal
aspects linked to the possible disclosure of the relevant documents are
still ongoing, in order to reply to your application Parliament
exceptionally needs to extend the time-limit provided for in Article 7(1)
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 by a further 15 working days, in
accordance with Article 7(3) of the same regulation. The new deadline
expires on 10/07/2019.
