documents Romanian adoptees
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Following your letter of 21.5.2023 Ares C(2023) 3431 final, in which you informed us that it is not possible to broaden the scope of the request at the confirmatory stage and that this can only be done via the submission of a new initial application. You wrote that we remained entitled to submit a new initial application for access to other documents in accordance with Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
Therefore, please provide access to:
Letter from 16 Mars 2023: Objet : Réponse - Consultation au titre du règlement

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'documents Romanian adoptees'.
You have sent us the letter of the European Commission to the Romanian adopties (Racines & Dignite) of 16 March 2023, but that was not what we requested.
We requested the reply of the Racines & Dignite (Romanian adoptees) to the European Commission, also dated 16 March 2023.
The reason we request this public access to this document is that we have reason to believe it was not registered by your organisation. It is in the public interest to know if this is the case. European citizens have a right to a good administration, with good administrative behavior, transparency and ethics.
Hereby we request public access to that letter of Racines & Dignite (Romanian adoptees) with the Ares registration number on it. Since this request is straightforward and clear, it should not need 15 working days.
I repeat once more that the way the European Commission is dealing with the issue of child trafficking for illegal adoption since more than a decase, is having a heavy material and non-material toll for all those involved.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/docu...
Yours faithfully,
Arun Dohle

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Thank you. We await a final reply latest at 12 December 20123.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
You are playing with the lives of victims of child trafficking.
The resistence of your services and the way they try to cover-up is beyond imagination.
More than 200 requests under Regulation 1049/2001 have made that clear.
The amount of time we have had to put into this is significant.
We, the citizens, expect a European civil service that respects fundamental rights.
That functions in the public interest of its citizens.
In a transparent manner.
Several EU Member States are investigating. Crime against humanity.
Yours faithfully,
Arun Dohle

Dear Mr Dohle,
We refer to your message of 8 February 2024, in which you request an
update to your confirmatory application in case EASE 2023/6161.
We would like to sincerely apologise for the delay in replying to your

In fact, the answers to confirmatory applications are formal Commission
decisions. The internal decision-making process involves the consultation

is to confirm that the analysis of your confirmatory application and the
necessary internal consultations are still ongoing. It is not possible to
provide you a concrete indication of when you can expect the Commission to
reply.

soon as possible.
