Documents solicitation
Dear Regional Policy (REGIO),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which
contain the following information:
- the results of the completed audit missions to Romania for the EU
funds allocated for 2007-2013
- a list of the projects financed through ERDF, ESF and Cohesion
Fund which did not respect the management and control systems
