Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Sorry if my request area was a bit vast. So to be more precise I'm looking for documents concerning emissions from diesel when it's used as a fuel in cars. And also documents regarding the taxation of diesel when it's sold as a fuel for cars.
Yours faithfully,
Pauline Lietar
Dear Ms Liétar,
Thank you for your reply.
One more clarification: could you please specify if "cars" means only
passenger cars?
Thanks in advance for your reply and kind regards,

Dear Madam,
We are processing your below access to documents request.
In DG ENV, we have only identified one document that would be relevant in
the light of your request.
As this document originates from a third party (ACEA), we have been
obliged to ask that party for its agreement to provide access.
The third party now asks us if it can be provided with the name of the
applicant.
In the light hereof, and taking into account the rules on data protection,
i.e. Regulation (EC) No [1]45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard
to the processing of personal data by the institutions and bodies of the
Community and on the free movement of such data, could you please let me
know if you can agree to disclosure of your name to the third party?
Many thanks in advance!
Kind Regards
Jill

Dear Ms Liétar,
We refer to your request for access to documents, registered on 10/09/2014
under the above mentioned reference number and to your reply of 29/09/2014

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 20/10/2014.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 10/11/2014.
We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
