Dear Trade,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Meeting between Dombrovskis' cabinet and Car Rental Coalition on 11/04/2023.
Meeting between Dombrovskis' cabinet and European Smart Energy Solution Providers (ESMIG) on 31/03/2023.
Meeting between Dombrovskis cabinet and Ericsson on 22/03/2023.
Meeting between Dombrovskis cabinet and European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) on 17/03/2023.
Meeting between Dombrovskis' cabinet and Avanci on 15/03/2023.
Meeting between Dombrovskis' cabinet and InterDigital, Inc. on 07/03/2023.
Two meetings between Dombrovskis cabinet and Qualcomm on 01/03/2023
Meeting between Dombrovskis cabinet and Nokia on 01/03/2023.
On those meetings, I am requesting the following documents:
- All minutes, agendas, summary, memos and any other reports of these meetings, issued both in preparation and after the meetings took place.
- All correspondence including attachments (including, but not limited to any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) and follow-ups, between any Directorates General/the cabinet, Commissioner Breton and the companies/organizations or any intermediaries representing their interests.
- All correspondence including attachments (i.e. any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) and followups, between any Directorate Generals, the cabinet and Commissioner Breton about those meetings, issued both prior and after.
- All documents prepared for the meetings and exchanged in the course of the meetings between both parties.

Dear Ms Hancock,
We refer to your application for public access to documents registered on
12 July 2023 under the EASE reference number 2023/4049.

However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your
application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on
02 August 2023, i.e. today.
An extended time limit is needed as for the preparation of the reply
