Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request access to any records held by the European Defence Agency relating to consultations, correspondence, briefings, assessments, meetings, requests for advice, or exchanges with Irish authorities concerning aviation security, airspace resilience, operational risk, drone activity, GNSS interference, non-cooperative aerial activity, or other aviation-related security considerations in connection with proposals to increase passenger capacity at Dublin Airport.

• Requests for advice, technical input, assessments, opinions, or briefings concerning operational resilience or aviation security implications associated with increased air traffic volumes.
• Records discussing airspace surveillance, airspace security, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), drone threats, GNSS interference, operational resilience, or related matters where Dublin Airport passenger-capacity proposals formed part of the context.
• Records indicating whether the European Defence Agency was consulted, invited to contribute, or otherwise engaged regarding any aspect of the proposed passenger-capacity legislation or associated policy development.
If no such records exist, I would be grateful if this could be confirmed.
I request access to records covering the period from 1 January 2024 to the present.
