Further to our communication of 19 December 2024, by means of which we
extended the deadline to reply to your application for public access to
documents (hereinafter, "PAD application") of 28 November 2024, registered
by EFSA as PAD 2024/185 (00014175), we would like to inform you that,
while progress has been made regarding the assessment of the accessibility
of the requested documents in the scope of your PAD application, EFSA is
not in a position to provide you with a reply today since some further
steps in the processing of your application still need to be finalised.

 

We will come back to you as soon as possible and during the coming days at
the latest.
