Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'E-privacy regulation status as of 23.2.2023'.
Though I was provided with a document regarding ePrivacy regulation dated 23.6.2022, this document did not in any way contain or reflect any and all changes made to the draft of REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL concerning the respect for private life and the protection of personal data in electronic communications and repealing Directive 2002/58/EC, under 2017/0003 (COD) since 23.2.2023 nor its current status, which was the main concern of my application.
Since the information provided does not fulfill the request made in the application in accordance with with Article 6(1) of Regulation (EC) 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, and I have not been asked to clarify my request in accordance with Article 6(2) therein, I would like the Secretariat to provide documents which truly follow the request I have made in my previous application, not documents stating obvious facts that are known from the documents currently available to the public.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/e_pri...
Yours faithfully,
Jakub Stojan

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
in reaction to you request for clarification of my request, I would hereby like to clarify that I request any and all information on the status of REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL concerning the respect for private life and the protection of personal data in electronic communications and repealing Directive 2002/58/EC, under 2017/0003 (COD), with changes made since 28.3.2022 to the date of my request.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'E-privacy regulation status as of 23.2.2023'.
As of 25. 7. 2023, more than five months after my original request for information and almost four months after the submission of my confirmatory application, I have not yet been provided with the information I had requested.
Considering the fact that I had been asked for clarification of my confirmatory application on May 5th 2023, which I have provided on May 9th 2023, and that the last message provided by the Unit C.1, with whom I had communicated, was sent to me on June 2nd 2023, there has been a period of almost two months (37 working days). This comes even after the fact, that both my original request and my request for confirmatory application were "fulfilled" within the extended deadline period, e.g. 30 working days.
As I have been waiting for the information requested for approximately 109 working days, almost twice the amount of time a due processing of both an original request and a confirmatory application, both with deadlines extended by the maximum amount of 15 working days, I would hereby like to ask you, whether I can expect my confirmatory application to be resolved at all.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/e_pri...

Jakub Stojan
