Add an annotation to “ECB Decision to buy a program to buy 1.1 trillion euros in government and private bonds starting in March 2015”

Annotations are so anyone, including you, can help the requester with their request. For example:

  • Summarise the content of any information returned.
  • Say how you've used the information, with links if possible.
  • Thank the public authority or Klaus Zinser.
  • Suggest how the requester can find the rest of the information.
