ECB recruitment

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- A copy of the latest staff satisfaction survey conducted by the ECB.
- The number of staff hired by the ECB and the number that departed respectively, by month, from September 2020 up until the latest month for which data is available.
- An aggregate view of the reasons for departure given in exit surveys, by year, from 2020 up until the latest month for which data is available.
- The amount spent on external providers to assist with recruitment, e.g. headhunters, by year, from 2020 up until the latest month for which data is available.
