ECHA - PFAS lobbying
Dear European Chemicals Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001 and further to my previous request ATD-109-2024 tabled on 12 September 2024, I would like to request access to the following documents related to lobbying on PFAS, per and polyfluoroalkyl substances. In particular I would like:
1. A list of all meetings/ discussions held since 12 September 2024 between ECHA officials and lobby organisations where this topic was discussed.
2. Any records, minutes, preparatory briefings, or other notes of these meetings/discussions, including correspondence which set-up, or was follow-up to, these meetings.
3. All correspondence since the above date, where this topic was raised, as exchanged between ECHA officials and lobby organisations.

Dear ECHA ATD Restriction,
Thank you for the documents which I have received. It is not clear from these how ECHA responded to at least 2 of the invitations, from CEFIC and Plastics Europe / the FPG. Please could you advise? If the meetings went ahead, is there any further paperwork regarding them?

Further to my reply on 23 April, I have now seen the ECHA response to the FPG/Plastics Europe is within the provided correspondence. Thank you. I am still unclear how ECHA responded to CEFIC's invitation to attend the FPP4EU forum on 27 March 2025.
