Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents from the evaluation procedures concerning EU funding for the European Digital Media Observatory and its regional hubs. This is meant to include evaluation documents for the calls DIGITAL-2023-DEPLOY-04 and DIGITAL-2021-TRUST-01. I wish to obtain, especially, the Evaluation Reports filed by outside evaluators and results of the consensus panel review as well as the outcome of the evaluation, as well as any e-mails or other exchanges between the Commission and evaluators, and internal Commission exchanges regarding the evaluation.
