Dear European Investment Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties and Regulation (EC) 1049/2001, I request access to documents containing:

– All correspondence, meeting notes, emails and records of communication between the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) from 1 January 2023 to 21 October 2025, relating to loans, co-investment agreements, or financial transactions.

This includes internal EIB notes or minutes summarising such interactions.
