Under Regulation 1049/2001 and Regulation 1367/2006, as amended by Regulation 2021/1767, I am requesting any document held by the EIB that contains information on the EIB's assessments of the following investments in Slovakia financed by the Modernisation Fund (MF):

1. State Aid Scheme to support the investments to modernise energy systems, including energy storage and energy efficiency improvement from the Modernisation Fund: high-efficiency cogenerations MF 2021-2 SK 0-002

2. State Aid Scheme to support the investments to modernise energy systems, including energy storage and energy efficiency improvement from the Modernisation Fund: high-efficiency cogenerations MF 2022-1 SK 0-003

3. State Aid Scheme to support the investments to modernise energy systems, including energy storage and energy efficiency improvement from the Modernisation Fund: high-efficiency cogenerations MF 2023-2 SK 0-001

4. Scheme of state aid from the Modernization Fund resources to support investments for the production of heat and/or cold from renewable energy sources, the production of renewable hydrogen and highly efficient cogeneration MF 2024-1 SK 0-001

5. Scheme of state aid from the Modernization Fund resources to support investments for the production of energy from renewable energy sources, the production of renewable hydrogen and highly efficient cogeneration MF 2024-2 SK 0-001

I kindly ask you not to refer me to the documents that are already publicly available on the Modernisation Fund website.

I would prefer if you could deliver these documents in electronic format.

the EIB’s assessment of a number of investments in Slovakia financed by
the Modernisation Fund (MF). We also refer to our acknowledgement of

requests addressed to the EIB.

 

Please find attached to this message a copy of the assessment documents
that the EIB has produced for each of the requested investments in
Slovakia financed by the MF indicated in your message.

 

Information contained in these documents which falls outside the scope of
your request and/or cost-related information which, if disclosed, would
undermine the commercial interests of the parties concerned[2]^^[2] has
been redacted and replaced by the symbol “[…]”. No overriding public
interest has been found to exist regarding the redacted information that
would prevail over the applicable disclosure exception[3]^^[3].
