ENISA-GSMA collaboration
Dear ENISA
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am submitting the following access to documents request.
I seek access to the documents which contain the following information regarding Directive (EU) 2018/1972 on the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC):
• Documents which set out how ENISA works with the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA) to exchange information on SS7 and Diameter security attacks originating from EU networks and/or targeting EU networks. These could be documents such as agreements, protocols, meeting minutes, or reports on and/or evaluations of actions taken or recommendations issued.
I would be grateful to receive these documents as soon as possible and at most within the maximum 15 working days set out in Regulation 1049/2001. Should my request be for a large volume of information, I am open to discussing receiving an initial set of documents within the first 15 working days and then the remainder within the single permitted extension of an additional 15 working days.
My postal address is Calle Príncipe de Anglona 5, 28005 Madrid, Spain. I am a European Union citizen.
If you have any questions or clarifications regarding my request, please feel free to contact me via the email address under which this request has been submitted.
Yours faithfully,
Helen Darbishire
