Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
With regards to the Energy Transition Expertise Centre (EnTec) consortium:
- Any Terms of Reference signed by one or more members of EnTec, that have not been published on the DG Energy website;
- Any study, report and analysis prepared by one or more members of EnTec and submitted to DG Energy, that has not been published on the DG Energy website;
- The "Impact Assessment of the Hydrogen and Gas market decarbonisation package" mentioned in the "Terms of Reference – Hydrogen Import and Storage" document (pag 17)
- Notes and/or minutes of any EnTec-related meeting attended by McKinsey and/or by Guidehouse
- EnTec-related correspondence between DG Energy and McKinsey and/or Guidehouse
- Any document containing information about the role played by "Gas for Climate" in relation to EnTec - Gas for Climate is referred to as "partner" in the "Terms of Reference – Hydrogen Import and Storage" document (pag 7).
- List of subcontractors involved in the EnTec project.
- Any document containing a full list of all EnTec project deliverables
- The results (winners) of the procedure identified by:

Dear Mr Runci,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 13/02/2025 under case number 2025/0788.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 06/03/2025.
The application concerns documents held by different Services, which must
be consulted.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 27/03/2025.
