As the budgetary authority of the European Peace Facility (EPF), in accordance with the
provisions of Article 11 (4) of the Council Decision 2021/509 of 22 March
2021 establishing a European Peace Facility, the Facility Committee adopts the annual
budget of the Facility and the amending budgets, taking into account the reference
amount for each operation and assistance measure.
Following the adoption of
COUNCIL DECISION (CFSP) 2024/1713 of 13 June 2024 on
an assistance measure under the European Peace Facility to support the Armed Forces of
the Republic of Moldova with military equipment designed to deliver lethal force, the
Facility Committee has adopted an amending budget to enter the reference amount of this
decision in the 2024 Annual Budget for Assistance Measures funded under the European
Peace Facility. The relevant EPF minutes are displayed in point 2.2 of Document 3. The
2024 Annual Budget for Assistance Measures funded under the European Peace Facility,
as amended by the decision of the Facility Committee of 24 July 2024 (Amending Budget
2/2024), including Title 56 regarding EPF funding to the Armed Forces of Moldova, can

Following the adoption of
COUNCIL DECISION (CFSP) 2023/1137 of 8 June 2023 on an
assistance measure under the European Peace Facility to support the Nigerien Armed
Forces, the Facility Committee has adopted an amending budget to enter the reference
amount of this decision in the 2023 Annual Budget for Assistance Measures funded under
the European Peace Facility. The relevant EPF minutes are displayed in point 1.3 of
Document 1. The 2023 Annual Budget for Assistance Measures funded under the
European Peace Facility, as amended by the decision of the Facility Committee of 5 July
2023 (Amending Budget 2/2023), including Title 61 regarding EPF funding to the

in the 2023 Annual Budget for Assistance Measures funded under the European Peace

has adopted an amending budget to enter the reference amount of this decision in the 2024
Annual Budget for Assistance Measures funded under the European Peace Facility. The
