Dear Mobility and Transport (MOVE),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I am looking for a copy of any correspondence received or sent from any EU nation from January 2012 until November 29th 2013; regarding EPRIB safety devices on fishing vessels.
I'm also looking for the same information in relation to the EU Marine Equipment Directive.

On December 09, 2013 this same request was referred to this authority by Maritime Affairs and Fisheries(MARE);
"We would like to inform you that DG MARE (Directorate General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries) is not in possession of the requested documents. We suggest you send your request to DG MOVE."
