Dear Mobility and Transport (MOVE),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I am looking for a copy of any correspondence received or sent from any EU nation from 1st December 2013 to March 1st 2014; regarding EPIRB safety devices on fishing vessels.
I'm also looking for the same information in relation to the EU Marine Equipment Directive.
