This request covers all proposal sections with the exception of budgets and other financial information. Please also include for each proposal the document(s) sent to the proposal author(s) that detail the results of the proposal evaluation (e.g. score, strong points, weak points, etc).

FYI the purpose of this request (and of a similar request filed earlier today) is to obtain examples of successful proposals for training purposes. Therefore, I have no objections to names or financial information being redacted.
