EU commission business trips
Under the right of access to documents enshrined in the EU treaties, and as developed in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and the Aarhus Directive 2003/4/EC, I am requesting access to documents containing information on business trips and travel costs covered by third parties since September 2024. This request concerns the Directors-General, Commissioners, and the President of the Commission.
Specifically, I am requesting information on:
- The place of origin and destination of each trip;
- The exact dates and duration of each trip;
- The official position of staff members involved;
- Any additional relevant information, including possible miscellaneous costs.
