Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EU–Egypt PACSOM (Partnership to Counter Migrant Smuggling and Trafficking in Persons)'.

I am thankful that DG Migration and Home Affairs provided me with redacted versions of some of the documents. However, I think key information is missing:
- What this project actually encompasses, i.e. how it will actually attempt to curb migrant smuggling in Egypt
- Access to contractual documents
- How the EU taxpayer's money will be spent
- What is the role of the different players (Civipol, UNODC, Egyptian state agencies, etc)

I believe you could provide me with access to most documents while redacting the information that you deem sensitive.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/request/eu_egyp...

Yours faithfully,
