EU policies that infringe Art. 194 TFEU
Dear Energy,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
It has been contended by the leaders of seven Member States that their "right to choose between different energy sources and the right to determine the general structure of the energy supply (Article 194 TFEU) is heavily limited by EU policy making which excludes nuclear power from more and more policies."
We are not aware of any policies that would infringe TFEU Art. 194. Could you enumerate any policies that exclude nuclear?
Yours faithfully,
Christiana Maria Mauro
